A SPECIALIZED MARINE ELECTRICAL CAPABILITY DELIVERING CERTIFIED, GOVERNMENT-APPROVED CABLE INSTALLATION, TERMINATION, AND TESTING FOR U.S. NAVY NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SHIP REPAIR.

Consolidated Marine Systems installs, terminates, and tests complete shipboard electrical systems across the vessel: cable racks and trays, cable pull and banding, terminations to pumps, motors, lights, switchgear, and control panels, and the testing that confirms it all. On new construction, the work starts with a blank slate, thousands of cables running in bundles throughout the ship, and CMS handles every step from layout forward.

We verify our own installations in-house with IR&C testing for grounds and faults before any circuit is energized, and MCT packing and testing to seal cable penetrations through watertight and fire-rated bulkheads to naval specification. Wherever possible, cable runs are laid out and organized methodically to reduce rework and keep pace with tight availability windows. From cable rack layout through final energizing, CMS owns quality, safety, and schedule from installation through final sign-off.
